There is only one statement I could make about CR&T. Having been in the technology industry for almost 30 years, owned 4 companies, including a data center and co-location, I wish I new CR&T years ago. They have to be the best outsourced IT service and support company out there, bar non.

My name is Jacob Buhler, I am the director of IT at the Utah Food Bank. I have had the privilege of using Calculated Research for years. I have been so pleased with their service. They have gone out of their way whenever there has been an issue or to customize any system that I need. They build such great systems and use such high end parts that it I rarely need to ever call for service, but when I do they respond immediately. Having not to deal with hardware issues is absolutely fantastic. Knowing that my users and servers will never be down because I can get help with my hardware immediately is a great peace of mind. I know dealing with national brands I have never have had the great success and service that I do dealing with CRT. I am a loyal and happy customer that will continue to use CRT for my user end computers and servers and I am grateful for their great service.

"We have worked with CR&T now for almost a year and it is apparent that your company has all of the technical skills to manage our network. I imagine that many companies out there in the network support business have similar skills. What impresses me about CR&T is the responsiveness and overall attitude that all of the employees seem to have towards our issues , requests and questions. We produce products for health care practitioners and they are very demanding when it comes to getting their products ordered and shipped on time. Often their patients health issues cannot wait. When our system has issues and it is down or not functioning to its capacity, CR&T has made every effort to get us back up as quickly as possible even when it has been after hours. We can be quite demanding when things are not operating smoothly and no one at CR&T has ever had a bad attitude or complained about helping us out even on seemingly trivial issues. A short time ago we had an issue come up with one of our order staff computers. The issue was evasive and it was hard to nail down the root cause. CR&T escalated the problem up the technical chain and did not give up until the situation was resolved. It would have been easy to give up or to put off the issue but your staff persevered until a solution was found. In a world of increasing mediocrity, at all levels and in all areas of life, it is very refreshing to actually find a company whose people still take pride in their work."
